The Recycling Lives business model is focused on creating long-term positive social impact that changes lives. We help reduce reoffending through employment, support a broad range of disadvantaged groups and are rolling out our social impact projects nationwide.
Some examples of our programs include:
- ROTL (Release on Temporary License) work program – this program enables us to work with those reaching the end of their prison sentence and are Released on Temporary License. We support these groups into working across a growing number of UK locations reducing reoffending and providing an invaluable opportunity for dozens of men and women annually
- Extending our reach – as well as our core offender and ex-offender support we work with veterans, people with mental illness, and those who are at risk of entering the justice system and many others to help as diverse a group as possible
- Community partnerships – from offering local unemployed groups training and work opportunities, to partnering with schools and colleges we work closely to help develop communities near to our UK wide site network
- Recycling Lives Charity – we work alongside our sister organisation, Recycling Lives Charity, to deliver support for homeless men, redistributing food to vulnerable groups and reducing reoffending
